As children, we learn how to move. 

From the beginnings of rolling and crawling as babies, tumbling and stumbling to our feet.

This movement is complex to our brains, which challenges our balance, learning processes and enhances cognitive function. 

 

As we get older there is a tendency to become static, moving in straight lines.  It leads to injuries, pain and a lack of mobility.

Through coaching complex movement patterns, I will help you become stronger, leaner, more supple, happier, healthier and improve balance and brain function.  It will balance your muscles and help towards eliminating pain, improving posture. Tapping into the neural system, I will give you brain-hacks and drills to give you serious results, quickly.

You will receive a programme to challenge you but will improve day by day with expert coaching and specialised drills.
