Running

Humans developed as upright runners, able to cover long distances with ease.  Almost anyone can run!  That’s why it’s such a great form of recreational exercise.  Unfortunately, modern footwear has changed the shape of feet and the mechanics of how lots of people run and move. 

Running can be hard and lead to painful injuries... but not if you run how the body has evolved to move.

With personalised video analysis, I will assess your current technique and then teach the specific drills to make running easier.  Become more efficient, faster and run for longer. 

I will coach you to make sure you are happy with the movements and correct technique

as you embark on a programme designed to help you achieve whatever your running

goals may be.
